DONALD EARL DAY

Donald “Earl” Day Sr. 75 of Roaring Branch was called to his heavenly home on September 5th, 2023. Earl was born to and proceeded in death by his parents Donald W Day and Beverly Jean Woodward Day on October 6th, 1947.

Earl loved his cars and his trucks as which he drove for over 50 years. Earl was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. Earl loved spending time with his wife Carolyn, his children, and grandchildren who he loved more than anything. Earl also loved telling stories and talking to anyone he saw no matter the circumstances. Earl will be missed dearly.

Earl is survived by his loving wife Carolyn Marie Way Day of Roaring Branch for nearly 55 years (October 5th, 1968). His son Donald Day Jr. (bub) 2 daughters Loretta Day of Williamsport and Roxanna (Willis) Haar of Lindley New York. 2 granddaughters Mackenzie (Dylan G.) Day and Samantha Ulrich both of Williamsport. His sisters Sharon Wesneski and Connie (Skip) Rogers, His nephews Mike and Lee Rogers and his dog Ned.

Earl was proceeded in death by his parents, Donald W Day and Beverly Jean Woodward Day, a son Ronald Lee Day, his sisters Donna, Jean, Carolyn K. Day along with his nephew Chuck Kohler.

Friends and Family are called to celebrate his life at Morse and Kleese Funeral home on both Sunday (9/10/2023) 6-8pm for a viewing and on Monday (9/11/23) for a viewing from 11-1pm with a funeral service following.at 1PM.  Interment will follow in Roaring Branch Cemetery.
