  On the morning of  Wednesday, September 5^th, 2018, Linda Kay (Wells) Morse  of Cogan House Township passed away quietly at Williamsport Hospital following a courageous battle with cancer.  She was 59years of age.   Born January 24^th, 1059 in Towanda, she was the daughter of Gerald and Patricia (Speer) Wells. She was a 1976 graduate of Towanda High School, and was employed for several years  as a Quality Assurance manager with West Pharmaceutical Co.  In recent years she was a Customer Service Representative at Citizens & Northern Bank.  She was the wife of David A. Morse, and mother of two sons. 

   Linda was a woman of faith, and was a member of the Cogan House Christian Church.  Her love of the Lord gave her the strength to face life’s tribulations, and on Wednesday morning she took His hand and went home.

Linda is survived by her husband, David A. Morse, at home, son Victor T. Morse of the Boston Area, sister Kathy Davis of Bentley Creek, brothers Jerry Wells of Wysox and John Wells of Milford, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Charles & Elizabeth Mosher, sister-in-law Ruth Taylor, and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her son Jason (age 3 months), parents Gerald & Patricia (Speer) Wells and stepmother Carol Wells-Tewksbury.     Calling hours will be 7 to 9 PM Friday at Morse & Kleese Funeral Home, 94 N. Center St., Canton, and will resume 1 PM Saturday the 8^th.  A celebration of Linda’s life will be held at 2 o’clock PM with Pastor Cleveland Way officiating.  Interment will follow in East Canton Cemetery.  The family will provide the flowers, and suggests that contributions in Linda’s memory be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN, 38105
