JUSTIN R. LAUDENSLAGER

 

    During the early morning of Wednesday, July 26th, 2017,  Justin Ray Laudenslager of Gillett  passed away unexpectedly.  He was 25 years of age.  Born in Elmira, NY, on March 2nd, 1992, he was the son of Lloyd and Sandy (Kinner) Laudenslager.   Justin was the husband of Samantha (Vieira) Laudenslager, and together they were raising three children.  He had been employed at the Johnson Quarry as an equipment operator.    Justin was an outgoing, friendly man with a great sense of humor who made friends easily.  He was fond of basketball and swimming, but his main passion was his family.  The well-being of his wife and children was paramount.

   Justin is survived by his wife, Samantha, son Jace and daughters Adalynn and Aleah, all at home, brothers Josh Laudenslager of Gillett, Bobby Mathews of Canton, Caleb Wolcott of LeRaysville and Jaedon Laudenslager of Gillett, sisters Heather Laudenslager (& Mike Kobbe) of Granville Summit,  Kayla Laudenslager of Gillett and Shawna Mathews of LeRaysville, stepsisters Destinie Pruyne, Chelsa Pruyne and Amber Morey, all of LeRaysville,  parents & step-parents, Sandy & Chris Pruyne of LeRaysville,  Lloyd Laudenslager and April Swain of Granville Summit, Nicole and Bill Carey of Gillett,  Grandparents Bonnie & David Kinner of Alba, Ruth & Greg Chandler of Lowman, NY, Lloyd Anderson of Lennox, Pa., and mother-in-law Barb Kennedy, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. 

   Visitation will be Saturday, July 29th, from 1 to 2 PM at Morse & Kleese Funeral Home, 94 N. Center St., Canton.   Interment will be private.         (morseandkleesefuneralhome.com)
