E. MARIE OHM

E. Marie Ohm , 87 peacefully passed away on Monday , April 6th , 2020 at Troy Community Hospital Troy Pa .  Marie was born June 4th 1932 to Bion and Mae (Griffin) Thomas. She attend Canton High  Class of 1950 Canton Pa. Was a member of Canton Ecumenical  Church. Marie made her home in the Canton area most of her life. She married Harvey Ohm in July of 1953 . She worked side by side  on their farm in Grover Pa , and then in their  upholstery shop in Canton till a unforeseen accident at which time she took over the care of Harvey. She was a loving mother of two and always put her family ahead of herself . After Harvey's passing she was blessed yet again and spent most of her remaining years living with Howard Route . Marie enjoyed her time being with Howard ,  listening to polka music ,  going for rides and talking to her sister Eloise on the phone everyday till the passing of her sister .  She was preceded in death by her husband  Harvey Ohm , brothers : infant Clinton , Robert Thomas and sister Eloise Bagley .She is survived by Howard Route ,Liberty Pa . Son Thomas Ohm  Asheboro NC  Daughter Lisa (Steve ) Hess Hancock MD . 4 grandchildren : Josie Olvera , Tommy Ohm, Justin Hobday and Josh (Autumn) Hobday Great granddaughter Evelynn Marie Hobday and soon to be Great grandson Kodiak Hobday . Final resting place will be Beech Flats Cemetery Canton Pa (morseandkleesefuneralhome.com)
