DOLORES E. FORMAN

   On the evening of Sunday, July 24^th, 2016, Dolores E. Forman, formerly of Plymouth, Pa., passed away at the Skilled Nursing Unit of Memorial Hospital in Towanda. She was 88 years of age.   Born in Plymouth on October 10^th, 1927, she was the daughter of Charles & Stella Suda, and wife of the late Jack Forman.  She was a member of St Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Plymouth, and was well known for having a special place in her heart for homeless animals.  She is survived by her son John (& Maureen) Forman of Plymouth, daughter Joanne (& Mick)  O’Hara of Canton and granddaughter Grace O’Hara.  Services are private.
