ALICE J. WILLIAMS

   On the evening of June 16th, 2015, Alice Jane Williams of Lock Haven passed away quietly at Manor Care in Jersey Shore.  She was 67 years of age.  Born in Roaring Branch  January 27th, 1948 , she was the daughter of Lewis A. and Gladys (Freeman) Williams.    Alice was devoted to her parents, looking and keeping house for them.  She enjoyed picnics and visits with her family.  She loved to talk and laugh, and was a big fan of traditional Irish music.  She was also known for being a talented artist.  Of paramount importance in her life was her faith in the Lord. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church  and drew strength from reading the Scriptures each day. 

   Alice is survived by her nephew, Timothy (&Shirley) Williams, and their son, Jacob Williams, and niece, Tammie (& Kenny Sheppard) Williams , and their children Brooklyn Sheppard and Anthony Williams, all of Williamsport.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Gladys Williams and brothers Andrew and Bill Williams.    A private graveside service will be held at the Newelltown Cemetery at a later date.
